Teacher Training

During our three-month immersive Teacher Training Program, you will study The Class method and explore the art of guiding students through their own transformation. Equal parts education and self-expression, you will learn sequencing, musicality, and how to bring consciousness into action to support those around the world to do the same.

Application Process


Winter 2022 training will begin in December. We are currently accepting auditions. The audition deadline is November 1st.

If you are interested in applying, please click on "Apply to Teach" below and fill out the application. Once we receive your application, you will be sent the audition information and requirements. Please send in your audition video by November 1st. Once your application and audition video has been reviewed, we will contact you with further information!

In order to audition for The Training, you must meet our prerequisites and requirements. Applicants must live in the New York, Los Angeles, or Vancouver metropolitan areas. To teach at The Class in person or on our digital platform you must reside in our current studio locations.

The Process

12-week commitment

Training includes in-studio and virtual sessions, home study, practice Classes, one-on-one time with the training and development team, and a final review process.

Once accepted and certified, new Teachers will lead Classes on our digital platform and at established locations of The Class.

There is no cost to our training program.


You must complete 10 sessions of The Class prior to auditioning.

You must be an experienced teacher who has led group movement on the beat for at least one year prior to auditioning.


Technique: excellent form and alignment, clear vocal quality, authentic speak, intelligent cueing of all transitions

Energy: passion, wisdom, inspiration, a mix of fire and softness

Personality: confidence, fun and fearless presence, command of the room

Music: method-aligned, soulful, dynamic song choices that will build with the movement in your Class

Rhythm: the ability to identify, count, and teach on the beat

Digital Presence: the ability to teach on camera and translate the method to students around the world
